At AutoG8, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please review the policy below.
Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible Return Scenarios
- Order not received on time – If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery window.
- Product mismatch or damaged item – If the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged on arrival.
- Customer remorse – If you change your mind or no longer need the item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Our Responsibility: If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, AutoG8 covers the return shipping cost and provides a prepaid label.
- Customer Responsibility: If the return is due to remorse or change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. The item must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).
- Processing time is 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Exchanges (if applicable) are shipped within 1–2 business days after approval.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once processed and forwarded to the fulfillment center, cancellations are no longer possible.

Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for:
- Incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
- Damage caused after delivery.
- Events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, customs delays).
